COMPANY PROFILE

Quanzhou Xinheng Outdoor Equipment Co., Ltd was established in 1992, and located in Quanzhou city, Fujian Province. It is specialized in manufacturing, designing and developing all kinds of outdoor waterproof bags and soft-sided cooler bags. The facility covers 20000 square meters with over 400 skilled workers and various advanced machines. There are 10 hydraulic pressure cutting machines, 20 laser cutting machines, 210 RF welding machines and various computer stitching machines in the factory. Its daily output is up to 3000 pieces of soft-sided cooler bags. Annual output is about 1,000,000 pieces of soft-sided cooler bags, or 1,500,000 pieces of other welded bags. 2017 Annual turnover was over USD 20,000,000. Xinheng uses welding technology instead of traditional sewing to create the 100% waterproof and airtight bag. It owns 20 utility model patents and 6 design patents. The facility passed ISO9001 and BSCI audit.
